Privacy, terms and data use
Service data
CACIQ stores the answers you provide so it can produce your assessment, your report and your score history. This is the minimum required to deliver the service you asked for.
Marketing consent
Marketing communications are entirely separate from service data and are opt-in. You are not contacted for marketing purposes by CACIQ or its partners unless you select marketing consent at sign up or in your account settings, and you can withdraw it at any time without affecting your assessment or report.
Research and benchmark consent
Accounts participate in benchmarking and research by default. You may opt out at sign up or in your account settings, and withdrawal removes your reports from future cohorts. CACIQ may share benchmark data with selected third parties for research and product purposes, but not for marketing. Marketing contact from CACIQ or its partners requires separate consent.
Uploaded documents
You can upload and delete financial documents through your account.
Deletion
You can delete individual documents, individual assessments, or your entire account and all associated data.
Assessment disclaimer
CACIQ provides an analytical assessment based on information supplied by the user. Scores, estimates and recommendations are intended for strategic informational purposes and should not be interpreted as financial, investment, legal, regulatory or professional advice.
Benchmark disclaimer
CACIQ benchmarks are based on available sector data and are subject to data quality and cohort availability.
Scenario disclaimer
Scenario outputs are illustrative and depend on the assumptions provided. They are not forecasts or guarantees.
